I don’t think you can make it work with your current setup and 13.5 and not cutting some metal. I would go with a 37x12.5 and you should be good- danoday

6.4l issues. 911 im lost and dont have a kitchen sink to throw at it.

Stock, no mods, 2019 2500 power wagon w/55k miles. I have never seen better than 13.2 mpg on my truck since new. I typically avg 12.5 on my daily drive. diesel or hemi?
If you’re ditching the Chevy and you have 3500 diesel, it sounds to me like you need a very capable 4x4 in all weather and snow plow capable. Power wagon is the obvious choice and plenty of interior space for dogs, pig’s and chickens- danoday

Any issues with the 2019's?
I'm at 19k miles now and zero issues to date on my 2019. No mods or upgrades. Stock tires are wearing well with rotations. No oil burn on PuP and srt filter. Occasional boat towing and no off roading. Best MPG has been 12.x and worst was 10.9 on highway 85mph sustained. Brakes are still spongy...- danoday

Cold Start Problems
You may consider the fuel pressure regulator valve if it is not assembled to the pump it self. The regulator valve is what maintains the pressure at the fuel rail from the fuel pump. A failed spring valve will allow fuel to back to the tank. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk- danoday

Cold Start Problems
Pumping the pedal on a fuel injection engine does nothing when the motor isn't running. . The ecm system knows the temp and sets the fuel mixture for cold starts.
