Cheap Wheel and Tire Upgrade

Tonneau Cover Mounting Questions
I picked up a vinyl tonneau and frame at a yard sale for almost nothing. I'm not familiar with these, and I can't figure what kind of clamps I need to get to mount the frame to the bed of my truck. Can anyone shed some light on what type of clamps I should be looking for? thanks... Ken... -
