    Thats right. It comes with a probe that goes in the rad but its not accurate enough.

    Ive had one for 2 years. No issues. Just get the thermostat probe that actually goes into the coolant. Flex-a-lite 32050 Temp Sensor. Other wise its a pain to get the fan turn on temp set exactly right.

    I have the Flex-a-lite 183 fan with the Flex-a-lite 32050 Thermostat. Works like a charm. Stock 4.7. Just chipped. Avg mpg last tank was 18.

    There is the same or more rust on that truck underneath then on my 03 up here in Ontario. Where they use salt every day.

    Driver read door electrical issues

    It is probably the wire as it goes from the door to the cab body. Inside the rubber sleeve the wire tends to brake the wire from opening and closing the door.. So you need to pull back the rubber sleeve and just color match the wires.

    New water pump a year ago. New thermostat a couple months ago. Which leave a clog.
