    I would hope its OEM as I got the dealer to replace the water pump and sensor last winter. Was too cold to do it in my driveway myself. I cleaned the connector to the sensor at the water pump with some contact cleaner and so far no more issues. Time will tell, Thanks guys.

    2010 1500 shutting down on mostly right turns

    When it dies, is it immediate or does the engine sputter and try to stay alive? you would need to find out it you're losing spark or fuel. If it was a loose or corroded connection causing fuel pump to cut out, I would think it would sputter for just a second before dying.
