    Can't open tailgate.

    My new to me 2 daya go 19 is occasionally not unlocking .. i have found that a push IN and UP near left latch while hitting release button frees mine everytime ...truck goes to dealer next weekend .. feels to me like the pins are too high .. OR .. if there is a wear surface in tailgate pivot...
