Any chance you’ve got part numbers for the OEM letters? I’ve fabricated control arm mounts on one ton axles I’d be willing to try my hand at some plastic modification.
I bought this eBay rebel grill and the fitment is great, quality is what I expected… but the letters may be where infringement was avoided. The R and A are normal… the M is skinny. See attached photo.
I’m looking for a full size M (or full replacement letters) that’ll fit the rebel style...

You can’t powder coat a non-metal bumper. You’d have to paint.
Edit I see now you said buy chrome and PC those- my mistake. Just didn’t want anyone taking plastic bumper covers to a powder coater and wasting both their time. My bad.
We still doing this? I’ll bite. I just test fit my new to me ecodiesel and while I wouldn’t want to do any major work in this tight of a space- it does fit. :33:
