    Painted the bed, put on a wood deck, Built stakesides that double as loading ramps, and put the bed to work. Can fit SOO much more in the bed now, don't think I can ever go back to a standard truck bed.

    painted the rocker panels while had the bed off with truck bed coating installing lights and building wiring harness extension tube for fuel filler neck

    got tired of the bed sides always getting in the way, so I picked up a flatbed off an old ford with the same frame rail width and got busy ripping my old bed off test fitting: welded in my previous underbed gooseneck hitch

    cut out the ash tray and made space for a double din head unit. fits rather well.

    I have used it 3 times now, for medium weight pulls and it has worked fantastic. Plus the look ram owners get on their face when they notice the winch but are confused because it's not a power wagon is great.
