    From the videos and instruction sheets I've seen it appears the AMP power boards are easier to install than the Mopar ones. The wiring for the AMP is simpler and does not require any dealer intervention. But the overall install of the Mopar seems more professional to me. I will probably go...

    No, would not buy another. ;) I just bought a 2019 new gen Ram with the expectations to keep it 20 years at least. (I keep all my cars until they turn to dust). I'll be in my 80s by that time and unlikely to be wanting to climb up and down from a truck any longer.

    2019 Ram 1500 Big horn - No hitch

    My bare-bones Big Horn has the ludicrous "class iii" hitch in the bumper where a ball would screw in. My Big Horn is SO bare-bones it didn't even get a glove box door, like all the other Big Horns. I now call it Little Big Horn.

    I used 4x4 low a few times in my old Jeep Cherokee. Once to pull a Toyota 4-Runner back off a rock it got high sided on and they couldn't get a jack under it and a Chevy couldn't pull it back.     Discount by trim level? Tradesman discount?

    I wanted a Tradesman but the best deal was on a basic Bighorn 4x4. Got $12750 off an msrp of $43990 and paid $31240. A Tradesman 4x2 would have been over $35,000. So I guess the better discount is on the higher trim level and that’s what I grabbed.
