Thanks y’all!
Funny story, after I finished installing the wheels on the front I took the truck for a quick spin. As soon as I got back I jacked up the rear to install the spacers, and that’s when I realized I lost the key to my mopar lock nuts. I was so pissed I said screw it, I’ll remove them with vice grips. I quickly learned these are not your cheap old school lock nuts. The sleeve around the nut actually spins so you can’t unscrew the nut, and the lip of the nut is angled so you can’t bite into it with the vice grip. So I was forced to find the key.
After combing the garage and driveway, the only thing I could think of was maybe I had forgotten to remove the key from the nut when I went for a drive. My buddy and I hopped in my other car and took off at five mph looking at both sides of the street for the key. I stopped where I turned around last time and there laying in the middle of the road was my key.
I seriously thought, for a solid 30 minutes, I wouldn’t get to finish lifting the rear lol.
