Got the map sensor figured out. The P2017 went away but came back again now. I need to do some wire testing and I might just hardwire in the Extension Harness I got to eliminate connectors. My SRV motor was bad and stuck this time as well so I swapped that out. Attached the pinout for the SRV too incase anyone knows the proper testing procedure.
