New 2023 problems

My touchscreen isn't working by touch. Itll work manually with the knows though. Do I need to take it in to get looked at or is there something that can be done myself

My entire 12 inch screen uConnect system/ radio in my needed to be replaced at 16,000 miles. I've heard they are problematic.

lol good luck one of the reasons I sold my 22. it's a pos. and happens randomly all the time with the uconnects. hopefully you get a better dealership then I have used because everyone wouldn't tdo anything for me unless it happens for them even with videos. especially if there are no codes in the truck that's rams thing these days so they say. no codes equals no fixes. which is a big joke. mine started like that and then turned Into a freezing screen going black.with nothing working and a loud feedback squealing sound playing at what ever volume level the radio was at. would do it til it decided restart itself. turning the truck off didn't even fix it. it's a ram just get used to the issues. they will come and go. I personally will never buy another after this last truck.

Many problems with the 12 inch screen. Most r fixed with a update Problem is the update may never come. When I got mine it fixed it. Dealer could do nothing for it
