Do you have a year range in mind? I love my 2005 3500 dually w/Cummins and feel confident towing anything with it. Only recall has been the air bags that I'm aware of.

Ended up buying a 2023 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins Longhorn level 1 package with 4000 miles. Had to laugh when I mentioned to the salesman the recall on the transmission dipstick assembly not being completed. They fixed it on the spot. Be careful those dipstick assemblies I’m told are scarce to find. There’s more to that story I won’t go into.
So if your buying a truck go to the service manager and give the ViN# and ask about recalls make sure it’s been completed.

We are hoping to enjoy a reliable RAM 2500 6.7 for at least 100,000 miles.

Maintain it properly and you'll go a lot further than 100k miles.... assuming you know that at some point in time you're going to deal with emissions equipment problems. That's the nature of the beast.
