    What is this vent for?

While working on the truck I found this vent, it’s behind the back seats and appears to vent to the outside, facing the bed of the truck. What’ it used for or it’s purpose? I plan to run my solar panel cables through the vent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Got the fridge placed. I was going to build a custom platform and then realized I could remove the stock platform from the seat and reattach it using the factory bolts for the chair I had just removed. So glad because it maintains the stock look and allows me to store some stuff under the...

I do tow fairly often with the truck and with all my gear in the back and the tongue weight, I wanted a way to keep the truck level and avoid the front end rising as well. But the most important part was not to impact my articulation capabilities. I decided to go with SumoSprings and I have to...

Needed somewhere to put the tent, decided to use UpTop Overland for my bed rack. They offer an all aluminum product that is light and strong. Also it had all of the built in attachment points for the gear I plan to use. Install was easy, do wish the truck had some rails in the bed so I didn’t...

Rock rails or steps? Make no mistake, steps are NOT rock rails. I made the conscious decision not to do rock rails this time. I don’t plan on rock crawling and the kind of travels I’m looking at doing shouldn’t need them. So I decided to go with steps this time. I chose the. N-Fab steps...

Decked system. I love the versatility of this system and all of the opportunity to store my camping gear and lose the boxes I used to use to store gear in the truck. I do caution you though, if the depth of your bed is important to you do NOT do this mod. You lose all depth, it’s essentially...

I’ve run Nitto Ridge Grapplers on the last 2 Jeeps so I figured I would run them here too. This is the first time going with 37s though, in the past I’ve only run 35s. Also went with the Method wheels with a +25 offset to keep the positioning as close to OEM as you can with non-OEM setup. I...

I highly suggest ceramic coating to protect the paint for your vehicles... Just look at that reflection, you can’t get it any cleaner after a day off-roading. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hey everyone! I'm going to keep track of my Overland build here and post up pictures and general information about any of the mods or parts I throw on the truck. Couldn't be more excited about the build, this is my first Power Wagon. Coming from a Jeep, this should be interesting...

'19, is it a Smart Alternator?

Does the '19 and I suppose the '20 as well, do they have a Smart Alternator varying the output? What's this part for? It's attached to the negative post on the battery.

I have a 2019 with 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I heated the area with a heat gun, then used a utility knife to cut the area out. Hit any exposed area and red paint with black bed liner. If you didn't know what to look for you would never know it was cut. Problem solved. I do know there are...

Odyssey Battery or Similar for Factory Replacement on 2020 Power Wagon

In my Jeep I used the Batteries Plus branded X2Power battery. It's a rebranded Northstar AGM and the specs made it a monster. I'd highly recommend that rebranded battery. The warranty is good and the price is ok too.

Odyssey Battery or Similar for Factory Replacement on 2020 Power Wagon

I'm curious why you are changing out the factory starter if you are using a solar gen... I have opted to remove the 40 portion of the 60/40 rear seat to place my fridge permanently in that spot and right behind it I'm placing a 50 AH Lithium as my aux battery. This time around, I've decided to...

Suspension suggestions needed to help with towing

You will absolutely lose articulation with air springs and depending on the offroading degree of difficulty you subject them to they will not survive. If you are worried about your articulation and are not worried about actually bringing the truck to level but want to stiffen the rear and...

    Correct Tire Pressure

I'm running 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers and did the chalk test as well. The tires seem to respond really well at around 45 to 48 PSI cold.

    Bigger tire question???

So, it is my Power Wagon that prompted the notification on AEV's website about it not working with the Power Wagon. The first time I tried to adjust the tire size, the computer went haywire and every system and nanny went nuts. I had to take into to the dealer to reset. Also, the dealer used...
