    You are right about the painting! As far as the plugs being cheaper, 3 sets of copper vs 1 set of irridium maybe not but the time it takes to change the plugs in these Hemi's I'll give up the little power I do. LOL

    I didn't change them for performance reasons, if the factory one's were red I would have left them. I replaced the factory plugs with the irridium plugs also, I have no plans on changing plugs every 30,000 miles. Been doing great for the past 15,000 miles for me so far.

    That's right. I have 8 spares now because I wanted red coils when I changed my plugs! LOL

    I would replace the coil and spark plugs you now have in cylinder #1 and drive it enough till I convinced myself the problem is solved and that's when "I" would replace all other cylinders with new coils and plugs.

    I'd do what @Burla suggested first, It may be just a spark plug or coil pack. I'd change both plugs and the coil to the #7 cylinder before I did anything else. It's a very good chance that's what it is.

    How can i get better gas mileage

    I wasn't looking for fuel mileage when I bought my truck but when fuel prices have gone past ridiculous I'm going to make mine get the best I can. I don't "try" to waste fuel or money. Surely nobody tries to use more fuel?
