So I’ve changed the AAT sensor twice, and am still getting the P0073 & P0070 code. Can anyone help me with the next diagnostic steps?

So I have the paid for version of alphaobd for windows, and obd link mx Bluetooth adapter. I have aux switches installed from the factory, but can’t get them working. The setting isn’t in my EVIC or my UConnect, how do I activate them?
I have a 2014 2500 Laramie. I plugged my block heater in, and now my outside temp is reading around 100. It’s been in the 20’s… I thought maybe it would re set after driving, but it’s been like that for around four days. Anyone know how to fix it?
