I have my turbo taken apart trying to clean it, in hopes that I don’t have to replace it. What’s the best thing to use to clean it?

What are you trying to clean out of it? If you tear it down and pull any rubber and plastic out you can soak it in carburetor cleaner or a parts washer. What happened?
