I had the exact same truck. I ran the groundforce 2/4 kit. Aligned within spec. handled great! Had a nice stance to it. Install took me 2.5 hours. If its your first time and you don't have access to an impact I would plan 4 or less safely. I used factory shocks and had no issues and feel...

Lowered 4th Gen Pics - Show Em Off!

Are you still running factory bumps in the rear? If so I would either trim them a little shorter or run a shorter aftermarket bump stop. I wouldn't recommend removing them all together. Hitting bump stop is annoying but hitting metal to metal would be much worse

This isn't uncommon. Mine did this with stock as well as lowered. My OCD got the best of me and I pulled out a cutoff wheel. I don't recall if it was a half or full coil removed since it was done to both my stock and lowering springs. It's a quick job and he spring still stays tight in the...

They will fit. Stock tires and wheels fit without any issue. I had 22x10 srt 10 whees on mine with a 305x45r22 nitto tire. Zero modification or rubbing. You would be good to go

I cut 2 coils of each. Not sure when wag begins I no its been a bigger issue with 2wd. I only ran belltech trac bar relocation bracket and short seat bar endlinks. My truck did t sit low enough to need anything else and my rear wheels and tires didn't have the sucked forward look so I didn't...

I also agree with mcgaughy 2 inch rear level springs. I went this route initially. Then bought ground force front springs and cut the rear mcgaughy springs a coil at atoms until I achieved the look I was after. I also used shorter bell tech sway bar end links and a belltech rear trackbar...

Lowered 4th Gen Pics - Show Em Off!

If it's a belltech kit the coils will be Grey in color. If so check that your rear track bar is tight and inspect the track bar relocation bracket for cracks. I know two people who have had the relocation bracket crack and it made the truck for obvious reasons squirrelly and sketchy to say the...

Something isn't correct. Shouldn't matter what spring is on what side. Mine always sat perfectly level. The isolator isn't binding up on either side correct?

Thank you very much! I really liked how it looked and hamdled but with all the pot holes it started to get old plus every time it rains the roads flood and I can't see the holes and mud lol. I started hunting and camping more with my boys and want to be able to let them steer like I did growing...

I'm not sure why but can someone tell me why I'm not able to post in classifieds? I tried to post my 4x4 drop kit and it won't let me. Maybe it's not like the diesel forum I use to frequent and I have to pay or something? I prefer a local sale obviously but I thought if it was posted here I may...

    Another tire ?

I know I have to align it After any front end change. I was curious if when they align it in the 2.8 setting if the camber can be adjusted flat again or if the bottom of the tire is pulled in a little

    Another tire ?

Thank you. I am aware of the uca's. Still trying to decide what route I want to go as far as uniball or save the money lol.

    Another tire ?

If you go 2.8 does front end still meet specs or does it pull the bottom of the tire in and wear the outer edge?

    Another tire ?

Well that didn't take long lol. On a serious note I'm just not sure if there will be a big difference as far as performance goes between a 315/70/17 at 63lbs compared to a 35/12.50 at 70-75 lbs. I assume there will be for rotating mass but as far as total fuel economy and towing ability loss...

    Another tire ?

It is a 4x4. I was also looking at the 315/70 but couldn't find a lot of options. I was looking at the geolandar at/s because it's still in the 61-63 lb range. Tread wise it's very street worthy. I know it would do well in the sand just didn't know how well it would fill out the look. I will...

    Another tire ?

I am planing on going back to stock height with my truck and running a 2 inch level either max trac or Bilstein. Experienced Opinions are welcomed. My biggest question is tire though. I'm thinking about running a 285/75r17 toyo at2 on a 17x8.5 wheel with 4.75 offset. Would this fill out the...

Thank you! On a side note I noticed a random thing. I meant to write she yet it seems I wrote he when referencing my truck. I must clear this so she doesn't get mad and leave me stranded on the side of the road ha ha. I apparently need to proof read before I post. I blame all of you for not...

No sir. No spacers and zero rubbing. My wheels are from factory replicas. I know hey have other replicas that are considerably heavier and look less dished so they may. I have zero experience with them so I couldn't confirm this. I can tell you that mine weight 38lbs. I didn't want to add a lot...

I'm 2/3.25 I wish I could go an inch lower so it would sit like the 2x2 does. I want less wheel gap. I wish the cv were more like my old Chevy I swear with a lift kit they had a pretty extreme angle and no issues. Mine currently has a slight angle. Nothing bad at all so it surprises me that...
