    I have an 18 bighorn 1500 cloth, heated seats and I agree they are barely warm......I had a 2015 Ram 2500 Tradesman that I added the factory wheel and seats to and those got HOT! Something changed along the way.

    I haven't seen it shut completely off yet but it definitely takes itself out of HI to LOW on the drivers side when I was driving it home from the dealer (it was a 7 hour drive one way). I will keep playing with mine to see if I can get it to duplicate your issues with it shutting off.
