Can I be leaking oil through my block?
I have been plagued with this oil leak. I was sure it was oil filter adapter seals. Then after really cleaning the sealing surface, and using black rtv, I replaced the whole adapter. Where is the oil coming from
I have a steady thin stream of oil coming out of my engine(5.7). It looks to come right off the rear bolt of the oil filter adapter. Adapter and inner and outer seals have been replaced.
