Swap wheels from 20's to 17's ? ....makes sense?

Radio upgrade....go stock or aftermarket?
Hey guys...noob here... So I ended up getting the 2012 Ram 1500 5.7 but it's a very base model, manual locks, windows and very basic radio. Sound is fine for me but I really need to have Bluetooth, it's very important for me to have this more as a safety feature than anything else. My question...- Homey
