Next step would be to check continuity on the wires from the sensor to the computer. You will probably need a wire diagram to determine which pins the level sensor are at the computer end. Unfortunately they can be hard to get unless you know someone with access. May be available online...- MLNLB

That's what I am saying, they dont see as much heat and the adhesive is still shit. But yes inside the hub definitely gets hot. Acts like a little oven. I have seen these shoes cracked from heat just as often as they fall off. Sent from my SM-G950U1 using Tapatalk- MLNLB

I have seen this before as well. When the new body caravans came out in 2008, we were seeing worn out front pads at 20-25k miles, on a van... The rotors would usually mic out below minimum thickness specifications as well. The caravans were notorious for it and I dont care to think about how...- MLNLB

I am curious what fixes yours. I have abs code U1418 which leads to a bad sensor on passenger side but I havent checked them yet. My main concern, and keep this in mind, is it seems to have disabled my electronic 4 wheel drive. I will be looking into a bypass for that. Not a big deal if you...- MLNLB

Usually a caliper slide seized up. Sometimes it is the hardware but you will get new hardware with most quality pads. I imagine you will do the work yourself, use a good high temp silicone lube on all the slides and contact points. Sent from my SM-G950U1 using Tapatalk- MLNLB

That definitely seems premature depending on your driving habits. I have 58k on my front and rears and just started getting a squeak last couple of weeks. My front brakes got replaced with the front axle when some a-hole ran into it in a parking lot with only 500 miles on it. [emoji849] so...- MLNLB

VIN # INFO SITE
Mine says conventional front and specifies a limited slip in the rear. So if yours says conventional for both i have to assume they are both open as the upgrades will be listed in the build sheet/window sticker for sure. -

Coolant temp sensor change
Disclaimer: I have never replaced one in a 6.4 [emoji16] However, I have done dozens in other vehicles and they all threaded right Into a coolant passage. So when pulled there will most likely be some loss of coolant. Even when changed at a shop, sometimes an air pocket can get in that just...- MLNLB

Cleaning throttle body.... question.
No but I would still be gentle and dont jar it anymore than you have too. I have cleaned dozens of electronic throttle bodies this way with no issues but it always makes me nervous. [emoji849] I have not pulled the one off my ram yet but on other vehicles you can actually pull the butterfly out...- MLNLB

Dara Holsters has a few good vehicle options. They have one that does not require screws. It costs more of course but is a solid option. My buddy put one in his wife's Mercedes and loves it. It just expands between the seat and center console. They have a couple others as well using the ram... -
