Missing washer/bolt need a name for them
Been getting a clunk randomly and think I have it figured out. Missing a bolt with large washer from the front of the frame drivers side. I’ve included pics of both sides to illustrate what I’ve got and what I’m missing. Can someone help me ID this part do I can replace it?? -

P06DE DIL Code 3.6 Ram 1500 2016
just had this code come up on my trip home from camp. Any insight as to a cure? I've googled it and it seems to be a high oil pressure warning of some sort. Also seems to have had a couple TSB's about it. Truck has 24k on it. Thanks in advance-- -
