Statistics on 5.7L Hemi cam failure?
Well Add me to the list. Lifter bearing failure resulting in Cam lobe wear and MDS lifter failure. On cyllinder 1 and 8 respectively. First the service manager tells me I need a new engine. This is a great thread. I replaced the fuel injector on cylinder 8 P0308 code On auto zone computer specifically called out the fuel Injector. Well need less to say It didn't fix the problem and I then swapped the coil and plugs to no avail. Then I found this thread. She is in the shop now...- Chris Hoell
