Looking to level my ram 1500. I have a ‘17 hemi quad cab. Honestly just looking too level it and run the largest tire I can on stock 20s without doing spacers. I was checking out the bilstein 5100’s but seen previous years talk about ball joints popping out unless you change upper control arms...
I have a 2012 ram 1500 Bighorn and I has Bilstein shocks up front and I have no idea personally which ones they are. I've seen people say 1.4 or 2.1 or different numbers and im assuming that is how tall they are set? I was curious how to tell which ones they are, I have a pro comp stage 1 4inch...
Just got a 18 RAM 1500 Crew cab. Looking to either use a leveling kit or adjustable shocks (Bilstien 5100’s).
Any thoughts on either?? Pros and cons and costs??
Took my truck in to have the bilstiens installed in a couple days ago. Thanks to some rusty bolts and $1000 later, and they didn't even tighten to top nut on the shock. How do I remove the inner fender well liner to get an Allen key in there?
