dash console malfunctioning

2018 3500 Console Gone Bananas
I have a 2018, 3500 long bed dually. Only 38K miles. The display console has gone batty; constantly switching music channels, changing climate temps, making phone calls all at once. Anybody else have this problem and what did you do to correct? Driving me batty! Thanks- tmcgraw
