    2017 Ram 2500 6.4L Purge Valve Question

    I'm trying to replace my purge valve and I cannot figure out how to get one of the connectors off. I'll attach pictures. It had ared safety clip that I removed and now it seems there's a white clip that's holding onto the line. It's the connector on the same side as the electrical connector .

    Sticking at 2,250 rpm whenever I accelerate fast.

    Need some help figuring out what's going on. I have a '97 12v and if I accelerate up to anywhere from 2,100-2,300 rpm my throttle decides to stick there until I slap it in neutral & keep revving it until it releases. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this issue?
