I have a 1500 4.7 with a 5 speed automatic and 134k miles, I know these trucks like their high rpm’s what performance mods can I buy that would make a decent difference without breaking the bank. Previous owner deleted the MAF sensor from the system no code for it either

You can throw hundreds or thousands at it and still make less power than a 5.7. Same reason I haven't messed with my 5.7, I don't want to spend a bunch of money and still make less than a factory 6.4. Run it till it dies and swap in something bigger or just buy a different truck.

Leave the engine alone and put 4.56 gears in it. The best iteration of that engine was in 08-12 making 310 hp; you're already behind with less than 250. Even with the money spent on a load of mods, short of alot of boost you'll just be on par with a pre-eagle hemi. Gears will increase your mechanical advantage and it'll take off and pull better; best bang for the buck mod for 4.7's.

Good to know, if I were to put a turbo on it how much boost can I run relatively safely and what would I have to upgrade

Stock innards, so just like any other non-forged stock short block, 6-7 psi is safe range. Here's the problem and it might be something you're not aware of: there is nearly no aftermarket (and absolute zero factory) support for this family of engines, especially after Nick from AIR RAM died recently. Unless you can find an early 00's 4.7HO crankshaft (they were forged), everything is going to be expensive one off custom parts. ON top of that, early 00's ECM's are not great for custom tuning, even less so for boost. The existing blower kits (above) look like they use a piggyback controller to make things manageable (on even less boost than I realized).

The old standard/popular/usual mods for early 3rd gen 4.7's was:
- gears (4.56's in place of 3.55's or 3.92's)
- HO cams (Jeep version 4.7HO was rated 260hp)
- HO intake manifold, then later on 08-12 intake manifold
- tuning

Some tried to do front to back exhaust but I don't recall anyone ever actually making (or mass producing anyway) a set of long tubes for this application. Usually ended up being a Y pipe replacement, gut/remove cats and then do a catback for more noise. The 08-12 heads can be used (exact same cams as the early engines) along with the later intake to make more power but you likely won't really make much of a power difference without more cam. There was a pretty extensive build done years back with an Eaton blower but I can't link it here as the write up is on another forum; mods already hate me, no need to give them more ammo.

Considering how hard it is to get the hard parts (and if you had the money you'd already have a hemi lol) I would either get the blower kit or get a hemi truck to start with.
