Hello everyone, I am new to posting on forum. That being said... I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 4.7L and im having some issues. Its been running a little rough last summer and progressively got worse. Now its running soo rough and throwing a system too rich code and a random misfire code. I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel regulator, both upstream and downstream o2 sensors, IAF sensor, the MAF sensor, fuel injectors, coil packs and spark plugs, the evap purge valve and even the ECT sensor. But my truck is still running really rough and it way too rich. Could it be not getting enough air or a good combustion? Also it wont stay running very long without pushing the throttle a little. Sometime it won't even start without giving it gas. I have no idea what the problem could be. Can someone help.

Was the inside of the throttle body bore cleaned? Air filter condition? Throttle position sensor changed?

Don't see anything about injectors. Have they been cleaned or replaced?

If its as bad as you say it is then there should be a code for a particular cylinder misfire. random misfire code is P0300. Each other cylinder will have a corresponding number to each particular cylinder. Example, P0301 is cyl#1, P0302 is cyl#2 and so on up to P0308 cyl#8. If those codes arent present then use a scan tool that displays live misfire data to see which cylinder(s) have the most most misfires. You said you replaced spark plugs and coils but there are other thi gs that can cause the misfire. An injector and cylinder combustion can be culprits too. You can throw more money at it and hope that it works but I'd recommend diagnosing it properly before more parts get thrown at it. It needs to be narrowed down to which cylinder(s) is causing the issue before you waste more money.

Pull the valve covers and see if any of the rocker arms fell off.
