04 1500 quad cab with infinity

I'm gonna be changing out the stock head unit for a jvc cs-x6500bt but my question is will the steering wheel controls still work? or would I have to get new controls and require it all.. Any help would be great.

I think you can get an adapter so you can keep your steering wheel controls. Try checking Crutchfield

Thanks for the help! I just put in a pioneer head unit and two 6x9 in the front doors. I need a part to keep the steering wheel controls that wasn't in today ill be going back for it next week
