I purchased this well cared for 3500 a few months ago and can't figure out the "clunk" I hear from the back when going over bumps. At first I thought maybe it was the topper was loose...nope. Then I made sure the spare tire was secure underneath the bed. It happens a lot more when I'm towing my travel trailer. The Bilstein shocks are only 3 years old. I've crawled underneath to see if there was anything obvious but I'm not a suspension expert.

Fortunately my FIL will be here in a few hours for Thanksgiving, but I wanted to know if any of you had an idea what could be causing this. Thanks.

I also checked for looseness in the exhaust system.
