04 regular cab (2DR) rust on bottom of doors - replacement?

Hello,

I am looking for replacement panels to weld/glue on the bottom of my rusted doors.
I've done a lot of searching but can't find where to get the (2DR) ones?
Any help appreciated!

Yes, I called them and was told they have the 4dr ones?
