07 9.25 differential bearing replacement

I am working on my 07 quad cab 2wd differential. Front carrier exploded and numerous pieces of caring sizes went throughout the diff. I say this because my pass side adjuster is not backing off at all. I have loosened the caps and the single screw in the middle of the cap, but will not budge and I am using a 30" 1/2" breaker bar. Any suggestions. Also, don't have a carrier/pinion bearing puller,. What is most cost effective way to remove the bearings without damage? Thanks

If it came apart like you said it did your honestly better off going to junk yard replacing whole axle they dont cost to much. Unless you have rebuilt diffrentials before you will need to shim things ect how do the gears look?
