08 2500 diesel MEGACAB longbox

I am looking at buying an 08 6.7. What should I be looking for to save myself some headaches in the future? It has 327000 km (203000 miles).

There are lots of good vids on utube about checking Cummins, but the main one is to turn the oil cap loose when it's running and see if there is any pressure coming out of it. If there is, walk away. You can tell if there's pressure because the cap won't just sit in place, it literally pops up. Other than that, all the usual stuff you would check when buying something used, Good luck, I love my Cummins and I have close to 260K miles on it and she runs like a charm.
