I am looking at buying an 09 3500 srw mega cab with just undet 180000 miles. It has a light tune, cat back and cai, also airbags. Are tho 09 motors ok and what should I be lookibg for?

What exactly is a "light tune"? Has the DPF and EGR been deleted?

CAI would worry me, especially if it has a washable reusable type filter.
I would pull the tube off between the air filter and turbo inlet, look for any dust in the tube, look at the impeller of the turbo for any wear at the leading edges of the impeller blades
