1" body lift

I see everyone makes 3" of body lift. I personaly do not like that idea. However awhile ago i saw somone with 1" of lift on the truck. This made it nicer for doing plug changes.

Does anyone know where I could find 1" longer bolts? I sorced a hardware store last night because I want my rusty ones replaced anyway but didnt find anything longer in M12-1.75 thread.

I can buy 1" pucks new from Perforamace accesories i just need the longer bolts.

Anyone got any ideas?

found some on McMaster-Carr. Infact I can get 316 stainless steel yet in the lenght needed. Pretty cool. Hope to get the pucks in a month and remove the front bumper bracket to elongate the factory holes to move it up 1 inch.

nothing else would need to be done, there is enought play in all areas for an extra inch. It will sit like a stock 2500 which is all I am after for height.

bolts seem to range about $5 a peice for SST, i would add a locking nut and flat washer to extra protection.

the pucks are $3.50 each.

total kit would be about $120

I am not off roading so it will be 100% fine for my application.

Could you use the pucks along with bilstein 5100s?

shocks have nothing to do with body lift.

those shocks are over prices anyway for what 80% of peope need.
