'11 bumper on an 08?

Long story short my rear bumper got dinged and I would like to replace it. I found a grille, running boards, and bumper off a 2011 for $350 and was wondering how much work it would be to install the rear bumper. Anyone know?

Lotsa custom work. The 09+ bumpers mount different and tuck more into the body. Not impossible, but directly related to how much work and/or $$ you're willing to put into it.

Thanks for the info man. Gonna look into it. Got the dent banged out mostly, but if I can get that deal, may be worth the labour

New idea... Thinking of cutting out the dent and dropping in a pair of flush mount rigid d2's... Huge light out back and a cool custom bumper!
