I have a 2018 power wagon that is stock other than muffler change. The MDS system just took out the top end of the motor as it does in this scenario from what I've read. An unfortunate event that I'm taking as an opportunity for improvement. I don't know a lot about these 6.4s other than that there a bit of a dog considering size of engine and the rear gears in these trucks. Short story long ....I'm putting hellfire 2.0 cam in it, long tube headers, port n polish a set of apache heads, custom tune, MDS delete, cat delete. My question is what kinda gains am I gonna see? Not a lot of info on these motors that have all the things done vs just one or two additional add ons. Anyone with a bit more knowledge that might have a rough idea would be much appreciated!

I can’t give you a lot of “accurate” info.
You’ll find you will need a custom tune to take advantage of all your upgrades.
My tuner estimated I would be around 420hp, at the crank not the wheels, with my long tubes and 93 octane tune.
I had commented at the time I was hoping for 450hp, he said definitely need a bigger cam for that which you mentioned you were doing.
Plenty of members here who know a lot more about our engines, just sharing where I’m at on my 15’ 5.7

Depends more on who you have tuning it then the hard parts. The hard parts will definitely give you an upgrade, but how much will depend on who's tuning it,and what kind of gas you're going to be using. There's quite a differance in power between a 91 octane tune and a 94 octane tune. Before you buy anything especially a cam, talk to your tuner and use their reconmendations,as the truck 6.4 is a low compression motor,it's almost a full point lower on compression from the cars 6.4.The truck 6.4 is 10.0:1 while the cars 6.4 is 10.9:1,and that'll make a big differance in your cam choice
