'13 PCM harness issue

Does anyone know if the wiring harness fastener where it attached to the PCM can be serviced or repaired? When I unhooked mine on the left side, it cracked and pieces of plastic fell out. Now it won't latch. Orlando Dodge is trying to get out of warranty (<10K miles) because they are trying to say I was modifying it. Which I wasn't. Bone stock.

Anybody? Anything? They're trying to bang me on a full harness replacement.

sorry no it's at O. Dodge. It's the left latching fastener where the harness fastens to the PCM. It was stiff when I unlatched it and it cracked. The PCM and wire connections are good, it's the latching mechanism that is broken.

The dealership is right. You really had no business disconnecting the harness, regardless of intentions.

Usually you can get connector repair kits from the dealer. Should be about $30.

I've disconnected the PCM 100 times on 20 different trucks. Never had one break in my hand. It was defective, in a bind from the factory.
