1989 W150 318 TBI to carb swap

Looking for some assistance on swapping from tbi to carb. Motor is in with new carb, HEI distributor and a mild camshaft. Looking for some info on wiring to get it running and functioning without having to find a wiring harness from a pre TBI truck. Any info on wiring everything would be appreciated!

I have a 90 d150 with the 318 can you tell me exactly what parts you bought so far to do the swap I'm not sure what intake to get or what distributor to use and ignition to go with as far as like msd ect any help would be great thanks in advance
