My truck has about a 3" lift and I would like to restore the stock ride height and go to factory sized tires. This rig will mainly pull a fifth wheel camper that weighs around 10,000 lbs. I want to restore it as close to factory as possible and install a new interior with some upgraded sound system items with cameras. Can anyone advise the correct size rear lift blocks(if any)? I know I can source new front springs. Also, I have read good things about the Bilstein shocks. This is really to help my wife getting in and out, she's only 5' tall and I am 6' tall, so I have no trouble. Steps/running boards are definitely in the plan.

If you put a set of power running boards on it your wife will easily be able to step into the truck even with the lift on it. My 96 Longbox is not lifted but I can't see a 3" lift being much of an issue for towing if it was done right. Bilstiens are definitely a big improvement over the stock shocks, have been running them on my truck for the past 100,000 miles and if I had known what an improvement they were I would have tossed the new ones when I got the truck. My 2021 I ordered with Bilstiens on it from the factory. I will take a look at the rear end of mine tonight and try to let you know what the rear setup is.
