1998.5 24v no power to gauges or fuel pump.

So earlier this winter I didn’t plug my truck in went out to start -40° ended up bending push rods so I pulled the motor. Just put the motor back into the truck this week, everything hooked back up correctly. I go to start the truck and now I have no gauges, tack, fuel light etc… and no power to my fuel pump on the side of the block. I pulled the loom off the wiring harness and checked for pinched or broken wires. I’ve cleaned and tightened all the grounds. Clean connectors all around. I’m completely stumped as everything worked just fine before I pulled the motor.

Truck is 1998.5 3500 drw with nv4500.
Arp headstuds, 100% injectors. Raptor 150gph lift pump. Quadzilla previously installed, I haven’t put it back in the truck yet.

Yes, fuse block has low and inconsistent power from ecm.
