so i got to wondering guys.....woud 37s fit with a 2" level up front? if so im gonna go with 37s and really fill the wheel well out. I could always add another inch up front anyway, as it still sits lower than the rear. 37s would look so BA if i could make em work with little to no modification

I've seen a 2500 with the hemi in town with a level, stock 17's and 37x12.50. Goodyear wrangler with kevlar. It'll work but you'll scrub.

Droid Incredible 2 on the move!!!

Its a tuff one . It will work but it will get annoying IMO to rub . If you just drive on the street it would be better but you will have almost zero flex if you go off road .

Well if you stick with the OEM wheels that will help. It will also depend on what tire you get. Most "37" actual size is under 37in and a 12.5 tire would work better then a 13.5 tire. The Toyo Mud Countries would be hard to fit, they are actually 37.1in x 14.4in x 17.
Most guys who run small lifts with 37 get either Carli or Thuren CAs, one of these will be needed to fix the rub on the OEM CA. Some trimming may be needed on the front and rear of the fender. Aftermarket front bumpers help clear the tires also. It does not take much to trim for 37s. This was found out when I was looking to do the same on my 3rd gen but it seemed the same rules applied to the 2nd gen guys as well. Any more questions post up. :D

37x12.5 on an aftermarket wheel will rub on the lower fender near the door like no other with 2"
If you go to 3" you really need new control arms and an adhustable track bar/track bar drop to do it safely

it can be done just takes a little planing, a good chunk of $$$, and a little extra work. If you go glass fenders, CA, 3in coils, trackbar, end links, deaver springs(rear) you will have no issues even with some aftermarket rims.

37s will fit better on a bone stock truck then one with a level and/or wheels as crazy as it sounds

only id you dont get 1/2 in longer CAs. just spacers/coils pull the axle back and cause even worse rubbing on the rear of the front fender then you would have stock.
