Is it ticking? Kinda sounds like a sowing machine on ****? 2019 isn't under warranty anymore. I believe most 3.6 FCA products had a 36,000 mile warranty at that time.
You can try checking for spark and doing a compression test, but you probably dropped a rocker. The newer Jeeps with a 3.6 are notorious for this.
If you have a voltmeter you can pull the connectors on the coil and fuel injector ans see if it's getting power. Pull the coil and jam a spark plug in there and check for spark. But don't hope for a cheap fix.
When you find everything else works, you dropped a rocker. You can do the work yourself, but it's a nightmare... special tools to do the timing chains.... you can buy cheap plastic ones that might be strong enough to do the job once, or get the $300 (when I bought them) aluminum tool from Mopar and use it once. You'll need new cams, lifters, and rockers. Just have the entire head done. If one rockers went out, the rest are filled with metal powder and will fail soon. And be careful removing the connectors on the cam phasers, they like to shatter.
And stop running that 0/W20 oil, the oil filter housing has no check valve so you start very dry every time. I switched to 5/W30 in the Jeep and it starts up and runs a lot quieter.
Or you could trade it in and never buy anything with that pile of trash 3.6 motor again.
