I have a 2000 dodge ram 2500, with a air dog 100 fuel system, the wire coming out of the ecm prong 15 & 35, 2 power wires for the fuel system only has 8.66 volts going to the solenoid, any ideas what it might be? The issue started after I hooked a battery up wrong... replaced every fuse and have checked every wire.. could my ecm just be bad?
