2001 1500 5.2 automatic

Engine started misfiring, spitting, popping back through the throttle body. Idles fine no misfire at all, but as soon as you give it throttle it starts and it won’t get out of its on way until it gets through pitching it’s fit. Then it runs like a ***** ape.
I have a continuous seatbelt and check engine light.
Have found the LOD fuse blown twice since this started. Also no power/signal to OB2 connection. Any help is greatly appreciated
