No stains rips or tears and I have about a half set of replacement Velcro to get you started. There are small holes at each cargo anchor points on the sides

I also have the surrounds for use with the bed liner. I used those with my bedrug and it looked good. One bolt head has been modified as it was stuck. Torx still works to mount or remove

New never mounted w 3M tape still in place. I was going to paint my entire handle and only use the portion for the handle but never got it done.
