Hi there. Just joined a couple weeks ago. You may have seen my '03 2500 in the intro section. I love the truck and will never sell it.

But... it does have a couple nagging issues.

First, slow power windows. I did a quick search and didn't find anything, but all of my power windows are really slow, the worst being the fronts and the passenger side abysmally slow. I did notice a slightly cooked wire at the driver side control switch, which is obviously the culprit. Was wondering if anyone makes a relay upgrade kit for the windows. If not, I suppose I could put one together myself.

Second, left turn signal when connected to trailer do not work. Only when connected to trailer. Apparently this is a common fault, and the relay that controls the turn signals is soldered into the body control module. Anyone have a fix for this? Other than getting a new module. You can't bypass the trailer wiring as it confuses the control module. So the only real option here is to un-solder the relay and install a new one...right?

I also mentioned a front driveline vibration in my intro thread, but I've already got a plan of attack for that.

What else? Oh yeah, squeaky accessory drive when wet. I've replaced the entire accessory drive including the electronic fan clutch, yet the squeak persists, as stated, only when wet.

Any wisdom guys (and gals) would be appreciated.

In my LeBaron and my old Durango when the windows were getting slow I took them apart and re greased the mechanisms and that helped a lot as the grease turns nasty.
Ive done that, and I replaced the front regulators and motors too.
