2004 3.7 Random Shaking

2004 3.7 Random idle shaking. Long story short ... 162K miles. To resolve the random idle shaking I have replaced plugs, plug wires, ran several tanks of 93 octane, added engine treatment additives, and recently replaced the computer ... all my efforts have had no success. Early a.m. start up and at stops throughout the day the engine will randomly start shaking, like it's starving for fuel or the timing is off. It doesn't happen all the time ... maybe 50/50 of the time. Any suggestions is much appreciated. /

4.7 and 3.7 engines have never and will never be smooth idle engines always will have a skip or 2 here and there dont know why but its just like that. Also these engines love sea foam put in fuel tank every now and then. However I recently swapped injectors on a 4.7 and it helped a decent bit have you scanned for codes?
