Okay ppl I have 04 5.7 hemi , motor blown already ripped it out of the truck and now looking for a new motor

I am wondering what 5.7 hemi from what year trucks would bolt in and fire up with out changing the harness or computer simple bolt in and plug and play

There’s a 2008 hemi on CL for 900$ with 180,000 km front end damage but still runs and also a 2007 2500 5.7 with 60,000 km for 1000$ already pulled no reggy thus dismantling the truck

Also my truck 8th digit vin # is the letter “D”

The gen 3 problem is the roller needles not getting oil, these ruin the cam. If a lifter was to be a small valley ground from above the four sides just up the to belly band,
Oil would flow down to the cam and the needles into the bearing. This will fix the infamous Hemi Tick and ruined engines.
