2004 Ram 1500 Rod Knock

I have a rod knock and I am wondering if it is possible to replace only the bearing that is knocking? Someone please help!!!

Brace yourself for some major headache. Normally bearing slop is accompanied with scoring of the crank resulting in the crank having to be ground and undersize bearings. Usually cheaper and better to get a used motor or crate motor and just plant it in.
If it is knocking chances are the damage is deeper than just the one item knocking. Way deeper.
